Black Lives Matter protesters rush into Dartmouth library to berate students studying

On Thursday night roughly 150 Black Lives Matter protesters rushed into the Dartmouth College libray in Hanover, New Hampshire to berate white students that were studying there for their supposed racial privilege.

According to the Dartmouth Review which is an independent newspaper at the Ivy League school, stated that the protesters marched into the library shouting various profanities and berating white students.

Protesters were shouting “F— you, you filthy white f—“”f—you and your comfort” and various other insults at them.

According to the Dartmouth Review, “Throngs of protesters converged around fellow students who had not joined in their long march, they confronted students who bore ‘symbols of oppression’ such as ‘gangster hats’ and Beats-brand headphones. The flood of demonstrators opened the doors of study spaces with students reviewing for exams. Those who tried to close their doors were harassed further. One student abandoned the study room and ran out of the library. The protesters followed her out of the library, shouting obscenities the whole way.”

Students who refused to acknowledge or join their outburst were shouted at. Men and women were pushed and shoved by the group. Reportedly one woman was pinned against the wall while being shouted at by a group.

The tactics used by the group of protesters that decided to rush into the library and berate the students mirrored what they claim to stand against.

A video was taken of the incident that shows one woman raising a middle finger and another confronting the person operating the camera.
